Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 1050 Aluminum Coil, with a thickness of 0.6mm, is a high-purity aluminum alloy (99.5% minimum aluminum, with trace amounts of iron, silicon, and copper) in O-temper or H14 temper, featuring a polyester coating for bus interior panels. It offers excellent formability (elongation ~15-30% in O-temper), good corrosion resistance, and low strength (tensile strength ~70-120 MPa). The polyester coating provides a durable, aesthetic finish with customizable colors, enhancing visual appeal and surface protection. Its lightweight nature (density ~2.70 g/cm³) reduces vehicle weight, while its recyclability (recovery rate >95%) supports sustainable manufacturing. The coil format and 0.6mm thickness enable efficient production for bus interior linings, wall panels, and decorative accents.
