The 8011-H22/O aluminum foil with advanced moisture-proof copolymer coating (0.015–0.03 mm thickness, 300–1500 mm customizable width, double-side EAA/EMA heat-seal + anti-corrosion primer) is the global cable industry’s gold standard for medium & high-voltage power cable and optical-fiber cable shielding & waterproofing layers.
Alloy 8011: high elongation > 12 %, pinhole ≤ 50 pcs/m², perfect bonding with PE/PVC sheath.
Moisture-proof copolymer coating: water vapor transmission rate < 0.01 g/m²·24 h, bonding strength > 12 N/15 mm after 85 °C/85 % RH 5000 h.
Meets IEC 60502, IEC 60840, YD/T 723, RoHS/REACH standards.
Result: cables that stay 100 % waterproof for 50 years underground or submarine, reduce weight 60 % vs lead sheath, and allow 40 % faster extrusion speed.
