The AA3005 H24 0.2MM prepainted aluminium coil is a high-performance decorative material tailored for the production of decorative panels. It is based on the AA3005 aluminium alloy (an Al-Mn series anti-rust aluminium alloy) with a substrate thickness of 0.2mm, processed into the H24 temper (semi-hard state) through annealing, moderate cold rolling, and stabilization treatment. The surface is coated with a high-quality, weather-resistant paint layer (typically 15μm-50μm thick per side), forming a smooth, colorful, and durable finish that combines functionality with aesthetic appeal.
